NYCC Sketches and MTV Live Art!

At long last, here are my art pics from the glorious adventures we had in New York, during NYCC and the MTV Geek launch party. Thanks to all the wonderful folks who showed love and support at the convention. I hope everyone enjoys the books and art they picked up from mine and Food One's table. And karate chops and high-fives to everyone who made the live art party such a surreal success. That pub's dancefloor is STILL aching from the awesome power of our sexy moves!

We Came, We Saw, We Kicked NYCC's Ass!

I've returned from NYCC, exhausted but victorious. It was a great show, and an even better visit to The Big Apple. Thanks to all the fine friends, fiends, colleagues and fans who made the experience oh-so-rad. I'll get some photos and art pics posted this week.

On The Slate - Pencils and NYCC Prep

I'm typing this to the sounds of Willie Evans Jr's high-powered solo LP, Lab Shrapnel. The photos above include the rough pencils for a new drawing, some of my packaging prep for NYCC, and the further adventures of my "El Vaquero" warm-up painting.

BOOTY & THE BEAST Food One/King Gum limited edition art print

Since we're both on a constant mission to bring you the freshest in freshness, Jim Mahfood (aka Food One) and I have joined forces to rock a brand new collaborative art print.

Aptly titled "Booty & The Beast," this limited edition giclee will be premiering at the New York Comic Con, in two weeks. Food One and I are doing a super-limited run of these, so don't sleep. We're currently accepting pre-orders for all you early birds and those who won't be attending NYCC.
